The VIP Upgrade Experience includes:

This package does not include tickets to the show. To attend the soundcheck, you must have a valid ticket.
FAQ

1. Direct any questions to support@groundctrl. com and you will be answered as soon as possible.
2. Once you have purchased a VIP or ticket, you will receive an email containing your order number.
3. Please put the name of the person using the VIP upgrade or ticket as the shipping name. Nothing will be mailed to you, all tickets and VIPs will be will-call only and will be available for pickup the day of the show.
4. All meeting times will be posted in the news section of the fan club site. The meet and greet/soundcheck events will take place before the show and are generally 90 minutes before door times.
5. VIPs can only be purchased through ground(ctrl) and are only available on this site. We do not sell to brokers and VIPs are non-transferable.
6. There is no limit to the amount of VIPs one can purchase.
7. VIP upgrades do not include a ticket to the concert. You must purchase a concert ticket as well as a VIP upgrade to attend the event.. The general concert ticket does not have to be purchased through ground(ctrl) .
8. Each person must have their own ticket to the VIP upgrade experience.
